ShortFest is an event not to be missed, especially now that the staff and the Camelot have placed it in the cooler month of June. SF is entertaining, informative, interesting, and full of community spirit. Many, many fimmakers show up, from all around the world, and it is a joy to see how much they support one another. The film packages are the very best, winnowed down to the top 5-10% of nearly 3000 submissions, and the beauty of a short film package (5-7films in a 90-100 minute segment) is that, if you don't take to a particular film, just wait 5 minutes for the next one. Another great thing about SF is the range of topics...truly something for everybody, and the special events, lectures, presentations (and the parties!) are also a delight. See you thre.
